Opinion of the Court

McBRIDE, Judge.

This case was consolidated with Melde Tile Roofing Co., Inc., v. Compact Homes, Inc., No. 20,792, La.App., 92 So.2d 735, in which an opinion and decree was handed down on this day.

As the same issues are presented herein, for the reasons stated in our opinion in appeal No. 20,792 the judgment is affirmed.

Affirmed.
