Beard v. A. R. Blossman, Inc.
Louisiana Court of Appeal · Decided March 25, 1957 · Tate
94 So. 2d 89; 1957 La. App. LEXIS 1026 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Beard v. A. R. Blossman, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

TATE, Judge.

This is a companion case to Beard v. Blossman, La.App., 94 So.2d 87. Since the negligence of the driver of the car in which plaintiff was riding as passenger was held to be the sole proximate cause of the accident, the District Court correctly dismissed her suit for the resultant damages.

Accordingly, the judgment is affirmed.

Affirmed.
