TATE, Judge.

The plaintiff was awarded $80470 for her personal injuries sustained while riding as passenger in a pick-up truck driven by Ned Papillion which was involved in a collision. The issues of this appeal by this driver and his liability insurer, who were made defendants, are discussed in the companion suit of Papillion v. Papil-lion, 124 So.2d 586. For the reasons there assigned, the trial court judgment is
