CULPEPPER, Judge.

This is a companion case to Kennedy v. Chappuis, La.App., 125 So.2d 247. For reasons set forth therein, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff.

Affirmed.
