CULPEPPER, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in our opinion rendered this date in the companion case of Hilton et al. v. Bankers Fire & Marine Insurance Company bearing No. 403 on the docket of this court, 134 So.2d 82, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Affirmed.
