Opinion of the Court

CULPEPPER, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in our opinion rendered this date in the companion case of Hilton, et al. v. Bankers Fire & Marine Insurance Company bearing No. 403, Ala. App., 134 So.2d 82, on the docket of this court, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff.

Affirmed.
