CULPEPPER, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in our opinion rendered this date in the companion case entitled Trahan v. Trahan, 142 So.2d 571, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff.

Affirmed.
