For the reasons set forth in the companion case of Arnold et al. v. Olinde Hardware & Supply Co., Inc., of this court, 150 So.2d 317, this day reported and with which the instant matter was consolidated for trial and appeal, the judgment of the trial court herein is affirmed at the cost of appellants, Henry M. Nettles and Geraldine Nettles.
