Opinion of the Court

CULPEPPER, Judge.

This is a companion suit to West et al. v. American Insurance Company et al., 155 So.2d 261 (3rd Cir.App.), in which a separate decision has been rendered by us this date. For the reasons set forth in that decision, the judgment appealed herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the defendant.

Affirmed.
