Stewart v. Young

Louisiana Court of Appeal
Stewart v. Young, 161 So. 2d 293 (1964)
1964 La. App. LEXIS 1367
Ayres, Bolin, Hardy

Stewart v. Young

Opinion of the Court

AYRES, Judge.

This is a companion case to that of Williamson et vir v. Stewart et al, (161 So.2d 290).

The question of liability was determined in the companion case adversely to plaintiffs in the instant case, and, therefore, for the reasons therein assigned, we find no error in the judgment.

Hence, the judgment appealed is affirmed at plaintiffs-appellants’ cost.

Affirmed.
