Opinion of the Court
This is an action ex delicto by plaintiff, owner and driver of one of the vehicles involved in an intersectional automobile collision. From judgment rejecting his demands plaintiff has appealed.
This case was consolidated with that of Nelson v. Zurich Insurance Co. et al., 165 So.2d 489.
For the reasons assigned in the cited case, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
