This and the companion case entitled Hebert v. Aetna Casualty and Surety Company et al., La.App., 172 So.2d 121 were consolidated for trial and hearing herein. For the reasons this day handed down in the case entitled Hebert v. Aetna Casualty and Surety Company et al., the judgment of the Lower Court appealed from is affirmed.
