CHASEZ, Judge.

This suit was consolidated and tried with ■case No. 2047, 182 So.2d 758, and for the reasons set forth in that matter, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed; all costs of this appeal shall be paid by Employers’Assurance Corporation, Ltd., appellant.

Affirmed.
