For the reasons assigned in No. 10,541, Olin Mathieson Chemical Corporation v. Brown, Administrator of the Employment Security, Department of Labor, State of Louisiana, this day decided, 188 So.2d 157, our original decree herein is reinstated and made the judgment of this court.
