SARTAIN, Judge.

This is a companion case to the case of Duet v. Texas Company et al., La.App., 198 So.2d 133, Number 7005, the two cases being consolidated on trial and appeal.

For reasons set forth in Duet v. Texas Company et al., Number 7005, decided this date by us, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
