Pyatt v. Mercer

Louisiana Court of Appeal
Pyatt v. Mercer, 209 So. 2d 320 (1968)
1968 La. App. LEXIS 5290

Pyatt v. Mercer

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM:

Plaintiff-appellee moved to dismiss the suspensive appeal on the grounds that the defendant “failed to post a bond for a suspensive appeal as the law directs.” No further explanation of the reasons for the motion is given.

We find the record contains a suspensive appeal bond, which, on its face, is proper. The motion to dismiss the suspensive appeal is denied.

Motion to Dismiss denied.
