SAVOY, Judge.

This suit was consolidated for trial and appeal with the companion case of Pilcher v. Paulk et al., 228 So.2d 663, (La.App. 3 Cir. 1969) decided also on this date.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed at plaintiff’s costs.

Affirmed.

PER CURIAM.

Counsel for appellee in the instant matter has called to our attention the fact that the costs of this appeal were taxed against ap-pellee whereas they should have been taxed against the appellants. Counsel is correct.
