For the reasons this day handed down in In Succession of Bellinger, No. 7764 on the docket of this Court and reported in 229 So.2d 749, the judgment rendered in the Lower Court is reversed and the case is remanded to the said Court for the proper calculation of the taxes due.

Judgment reversed and case remanded.
