This case was regularly docketed and appeared on our calendar for argument February 4, 1970. When it was called for argument, neither party appeared. The appellant has filed no brief, nor has made any other appearance. Under the provisions of Rule 7, Section 5(b) of the Uniform Rules of the Courts of Appeal, the appeal will be considered abandoned and dismissed.
