No brief has been filed in this suit, nor has any appearance been made before this court by the appellant. This court ex pro-prio motu is hereby ordering dismissal of this appeal as an abandoned appeal pur*641suant to Rule VII, Section 5(b) of the Uniform Rules of The Courts of Appeal.
