We have reviewed the facts and the law and find no error in the judgment appealed. Travelers Fire Insurance Company v. Ackel, La.App., 29 So.2d 617; Haley v. Badon, La.App., 98 So.2d 109. Accordingly, the judgment appealed is affirmed at appellant’s costs.
