For the reasons set forth in the appeal entitled “Greater Baton Rouge Airport District, et al. v. Arthur L. Carrick, et ux.,” 258 So.2d 640 Appeal No. 8707, the judgment rendered in the above case is affirmed, with all costs of this appeal assessed to defendants.

Affirmed.
