Boudreaux v. Standard Fire Insurance

Opinion of the Court

DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

This is a workmen's compensation suit for total and permanent disability resulting from an accident on July 9, 1970. The sole *99issue is whether plaintiff was disabled beyond June 4, 1971, the date on which compensation benefits were terminated. From an adverse judgment the plaintiff has appealed.

We have reviewed the facts and the law and find no error in the judgment appealed.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed is affirmed at appellant’s costs.

Affirmed.
