ELLIS, Judge.

This case, which is consolidated with cases Nos. 9313, 9314, 9315, and 9316, involves the identical parties and issues as does Harris v. Patent Scaffolding Company *488et al., 277 So.2d 483 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1973), this day decided.

For reasons therein assigned, the judgment herein is affirmed, at appellants’ cost.

Affirmed.
