ELLIS, Judge:

For the reasons assigned in Diamond Electrical Company, Inc. v. Unionamerica Mortgage and Equity Trust, 345 So.2d 119 (La.App. 1st Cir. 1977), with which this case is consolidated, the judgment appealed from is affirmed, at plaintiffs cost.

AFFIRMED.
