Appellant, Jerry D. Seaman, neither appeared nor filed a brief prior to the April 18, 1974 call of this case for argument. The appeal is considered abandoned and dismissed pursuant to LSA-C.C.P. art. 2162; Rule VII, Section 5(b), Uniform Rules — Courts of Appeal, Vol. 8, LSA-R. S., page 392.
