Mills v. Thomason

Opinion of the Court

BAILES, Judge Pro Tern.

From the judgment rejecting the demands of plaintiffs herein for recovery of physical injuries to Mr. Leonard Mills and property damages to the Sanders truck, plaintiffs appeal. For the reasons assigned in Tillman v. Canal Insurance Co. et al., La.App., 305 So.2d 602, with which this suit was consolidated for trial, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at plaintiffs’ cost.

Affirmed.
