For the reasons set forth in Appeal No. 9707 entitled “Sally Stafford Nelson v. John Prewitt Nelson, Jr.,” La.App., 311 So.2d 268, the writ previously issued herein is recalled, vacated and set aside; and the judgment of the trial court holding defendant in contempt of court is hereby made peremptory. Applicant is to pay all costs of this proceeding.
