WATSON, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case, Louisiana Intrastate Gas Corporation v. Edwards et al., 315 So.2d 380, # 4998 on the docket of this court, handed down this date, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed and costs of the appeal are taxed against appellants.

Affirmed.
