DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

This suit is consolidated with the suit of Himbola Manor Apartments v. Allen, 315 So.2d 790 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1975) which we have decided this date.

For the reasons assigned in Himbola Manor Apartments v. Geraldine Allen, supra, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at defendant-appellant’s costs.

Affirmed.
