This proceeding was consolidated for trial and appeal with Rivette v. Moreau, 322 So.2d 790 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1975) being handed down this date. For the reasons assigned therein, the trial court judgment is set aside and the case is remanded. Defendant appellee is to pay all costs.

Reversed and remanded.
