HOOD, Judge.

This is a companion suit to the case of Succession of Marie Sydonia Mayeux, 339 So.2d 1236 (No. 5575 on the Docket of this court), which is being decided on this date.

For the reasons assigned in the above case, Succession of Marie Sydonia Mayeux, supra, the judgments appealed from in. the instant suit, rendered on February 10, and on February 27, 1976, are affirmed. The costs of this appeal are assessed to defendant-appellant, Armando Fuoco.

AFFIRMED.
