Louisiana Court of Appeal · Decided March 21, 1977 · Bolin, Hall, Jones, Marvin, Price

Fredieu v. Fredieu

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Notice of judgment was served on appellant on September 13, and appellant was granted orders of appeal on November 8, 1976. Appellant did not furnish security for the appeal until January 6, 1977, which was not timely. Code of Civil Procedure Article 2087.

Appellant was notified of our probable lack of jurisdiction and did not respond to our order to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed. At appellant’s cost, the appeal is DISMISSED.
