REDMANN, Judge.

This appeal from a judgment of a district court on appeal from a city council’s revocation of beer and liquor licenses under La. R.S. 33:4785 is dismissed as untimely because not “[wjithin ten calendar days from the signing of the judgment by the district court . . .,” R.S. 33:4788.1

APPEAL DISMISSED.

. The judgment was signed on June 9, 1975. Appellant moved on June 12 for a new trial which was denied June 20, and moved for appeal on June 27 and posted bond September 2.
