Thompson v. Justiss-Mears Oil Co.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

A judgment was signed ordering a preliminary injunction May 12,1977, and notice of judgment was mailed May 12,1977. Appellant made a motion for appeal on May 19, 1977, but did not file an appeal bond until June 7, 1977, which was not timely. LSA-C.C.P. Art. 3612.

Appellant was notified of our probable lack of jurisdiction and did not respond to our order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed.

At appellant’s cost, the appeal is DISMISSED.
