For the reasons assigned in the consolidated matter entitled Ray’s Appliance and Air Conditioning Service Inc. v. K & D Enterprises, Inc. et al. our Docket number 6112, 350 So.2d 228, the judgment appealed from is affirmed. Appellant is cast for all costs of this appeal.
