GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Guin v. State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways et al., our Docket No. 6486, 360 So.2d 1185, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost.

AFFIRMED.
