GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons this day assigned in the companion matter entitled, State of Louisiana, in the interest of James Russell Joiner, La.App., 365 So.2d 1152, we affirm the judgment of the juvenile court declaring Gene C. McManus to be a delinquent juvenile.

AFFIRMED.
