For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case, docket no. 6766, Farmers Equipment Sales, Inc. v. Constanza, 370 So.2d *139135, the judgment of the trial court herein is affirmed at the cost of defendant-appellant, Paul Constanza.

AFFIRMED.
