PONDER, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in No. 13,285, Nathan P. Boudreaux v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, 385 So.2d 480, there is judgment herein reversing the judgment herein and dismissing plaintiff’s suit at his costs.

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
