Hickman v. Department of Public Safety

Opinion of the Court

COLE, Judge.

Appellant, Louisiana Department of Public Safety seeks review of the trial court’s judgment granting a restricted license under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 32:415.1.

Appellee has three DWI convictions and several convictions for driving under revocation. He is therefore not entitled to a restricted license and the judgment of the trial court is reversed for reasons as set forth in Sibley v. La. Department of Public Safety, La.App., 385 So.2d 505.

REVERSED.
