Crain v. State, Department of Public Safety, License Control & Driver Improvement Division
388 So. 2d 135; 1980 La. App. LEXIS 4423
(Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Crain v. State, Department of Public Safety, License Control & Driver Improvement Division
Opinion of the Court
This case was tried in connection with Ussery v. State of Louisiana Through the Department of Public Safety, 388 So.2d 134 (La.App.2d Cir. 1980). Plaintiff’s demand for a restricted driver’s license under La.R.S. 32:415.1 was rejected upon a finding that he had received a prior license suspension under R.S. 32:414B(2). Since the issues involved are identical to those raised in Ussery, we affirm the judgment for the reasons stated in that opinion.
