The effect of our reversal in the companion consolidated suit, In re Plaisance, 394 So.2d 776, handed down this day, is the dismissal of the petition for adoption. Under the circumstances, any consideration of the trial court’s action in this matter relating to the petition for nullity of the trial court’s judgment granting the adoption is unnecessary.
