Opinion of the Court

GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of McCartney v. Stafford, 399 So.2d 787, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and set aside and this matter is remanded to the trial court for a new trial on all issues presented.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
