For the reasons assigned in No. 12764, Gant, et al. v. McGee wife of/and McGee, La.App., 411 So.2d 1191 (Consolidated with No. 12765, Mrs. Gollia McGee wife of/and Gollia McGee v. Willie Gant), the judgment of the district court is affirmed.
