For the reasons assigned in' the companion matter entitled Roy Hryhorchuk versus Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, et al., 390 So.2d 497, our docket number 8733, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellants’ cost.

AFFIRMED.
