WRIT GRANTED AND MADE PEREMPTORY: The order of the trial court allowing the intervention by Larry and Nancy Perry in Susan Perry Hargrave versus John and Juanita Istre Gaspard, Docket No. 81-42971-F, is hereby set aside, and the intervention of Larry and Nancy Perry is hereby dismissed.
