GARRISON, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in No. 12598, Horhn v. Bernie Dumas Buick, Inc., General Motors Corporation and American Fidelity & Fire Insurance Company, 429 So.2d 547 the judgment of the district court is amended and affirmed.

AMENDED AND AFFIRMED.
