LABORDE, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion matter of Karst v. Fryar, 430 So.2d 318. (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1983) the judgment appealed from is affirmed at the cost of C. Edward Karst.

AFFIRMED.
