For the reasons stated in Lake Charles Memorial Hospital v. Roselie Sinegal, 440 So.2d 1358 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1983), footnote 1, handed down this day, the appeal of Louisiana Health Service and Indemnity Company is hereby dismissed at its costs.
